In an effort to gain an understanding of our community and its needs we are conducting a survey to learn what you feel the needs of the community are and how we can assist with meeting those needs. Please fill this survey out and help us learn how we can become a leader in creating change for our community. This survey will allow us to become more aware of the needs of the whole community and will help us organize and provide the needed resources of the community.
