Pueblo Pride 2023 Vendor Information

Vendor Fees: $55 for vendors with sales; $35 for vendors with no sales (informational). Sponsors choose their vendor space and sponsorships start at $100! Find out more about sponsorships. We are also willing to work with organizations and businesses that may require financial assistance with vendor fees. Please email us to inquire.

Booth set-up times: 8am-10am on Sunday, Aug. 20, 2023 at Mineral Palace Park. The event runs until 4pm. Tables or tents not provided; fees are for exhibit space only. Vendors provide their own tables, tents, and chairs.

Other important notes:

  • Your reservation will not be confirmed until payment is received.

  • In order to accommodate our parade, please do not park on the left side of the road inside the park.

  • Booth maximum space available is 12' x 12'. Any vendors with larger booths or concessions will need to purchase two spaces to accommodate (does not apply to food trucks/trailers).

  • The City of Pueblo requires all sales reported and sales tax paid. A form and contact information for the city will be handed out at the event.

  • Pueblo Pride is a family friendly event. Extreme adult material may not be permitted.

  • Vendors shall not display, offer for view, or sell any illegal or contraband items per Federal, Colorado State, and Pueblo City Laws

  • All illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed or towed. Please no parking or driving on the grass.

  • SCEA can accept no responsibility for items lost due to theft or breakage.

  • Vendors understand that SCEA has no control over weather, acts of god, acts of terrorism, public health emergencies, governmental intervention, or any other cause that may prevent and/or interrupt the pride celebration. All participants shall hold SCEA harmless of any losses that could arise because of such events.
